Bookalicious
Bookalicious - Campbelltown City Council
| Bookalicious is a reading club for children between the ages of five and twelve. When you join you will receive a special library card, a badge and a reading log. Each time you read a book, write the details into the reading log and get your parent or carer to sign it as well. Every time you finish ten books, bring your reading log to the library to collect your next reward. Children between the ages of five and eight can include books that are read to them. For children who have difficulty reading normal print, listening to audio books, reading large print or having books read to them is fine. If you are taking part in the Premier's Reading Challenge at your school you can also record the books you read in your Bookalicious reading log. As a member of Bookalicious you will also receive invites to special Bookalicious only events including the Craftalicious Artinoon held once a term and our special Bookalicious Newsletter. You can join Bookalicious at any branch. For further information about Bookalicious please phone the Children's Librarian on 4645 4554. Details of the latest award winners can be found on our blog Just 4 Kids. |
