How to book a hall - Campbelltown City Council

How do I book a hall?



The first step is making sure a hall is available. Follow the link to our online booking system, enter the date and details of the event, and one of our Customer Service staff will get back to you within two working days.

How much will it cost?



There are a range of different booking fees for our halls.

In addition to a booking fee, all of our halls require a $450 refundable bond to be paid. To secure your booking, $50 of the bond will need to be paid within a week of booking with us. The $450 bond will be refunded to you after your event as long as there is no damage to the venue and you meet the terms of our guidelines.

All you need to do to find out the total cost of hiring this hall is submit an
online booking request, or contact Customer Service on 4645 4000.

Alcohol



When hiring a hall for any event where alcohol is expected, whether a bar or BYO, Campbelltown and Macquarie Fields Police require you to submit a liquor permit. The Application for Public Halls Function Liquor Permit is available from Campbelltown and Macquarie Fields Police Stations.

Once you have booked with us take your ID and a copy of your hall booking receipts to the specified Police Station to apply.

Cancellations



All cancellations are required in writing at least 14 days before the date you have booked. If less than 14 days notice is given, a full refund of the bond may not be provided.
