Are you a pool owner?
The NSW State Government has introduced changes to swimming pool laws. All pool owners are now required to register their pool on a state-wide online register, and conduct a self-assessment of their swimming pool barrier as part of the process. Existing pools must be registered by 29 October 2013, with owners risking a $220 fine for failure to do so. |
