Council Business Papers and Minutes

The four Committees meet every four weeks to discuss a range of Council matters. Recommendations from Committees are reported to Council Meetings, the week after. Meetings are held on Tuesdays at the following times:

Copies of the business paper for each meeting are available to the public at Council Libraries, Council's Web Site and at the meetings.
Members of the Public Addressing Council's Committee Meetings
Individuals or groups can arrange to address a Council Committee for a particular item listed on the relevant Committee Agenda. To address a Committee you are required to notify Council by 12 noon on the day of the meeting. Please contact Council's Corporate Support Coordinator on 02 4645 4405.
Attendance at Council Meetings
Members of the public are invited to attend Council meetings but do not have the right to speak or enter into debate.
Agendas and Minutes from Council's Committee and Council Meetings
Agendas The agendas of Committee and Council meetings are available from 4.00pm on Council's Web Site on the Friday before the Meeting. Copies of the agendas will also be available at the meetings.
Minutes The Minutes of Committee and Council Meetings are available from 4.00pm on Council's Web Site on the Friday after the Meeting.
1. Please be aware that the Committee recommendations are recommendations to the Council for consideration.
2. The Council may adopt these recommendations, amend the recommendations, determine a completely different course of action, or it may decline to pursue any course of action.
3. The decision of the Council becomes the resolution of the Council.
