T24/37 Operation and Management of Farrow Road Multideck Car Park

Council is seeking an experienced car park operator for the operation and management of the Farrow Road Multideck Car Park situated at 6 Farrow Road, Campbelltown, NSW - Lot 245 DP1222763 (the Car Park).

The successful operator will work in partnership to develop and implement a long-term strategy that will achieve a range of outcomes for the community and Council. The successful operator will provide day-to-day management of the Car Park which includes but is not limited to access, security, daily maintenance, cleanliness, and amenity.
