Campbelltown Billabong Parklands project

Let us introduce you to Council’s submitted project as part of the Western Sydney City Deal Liveability Program funding – the Campbelltown Billabong Parklands project.

Campbelltown Billabong Parklands project

The Campbelltown Billabong Parklands project has been announced for funding under the Western Sydney City Deal Liveability Program.

Plans for the project include a range of recreational water play facilities over a four hectare site in the city centre on the corner of Oxley Street and The Parkway, including a stream, swimming lagoon and a zero-depth play area.

Key elements:
  • Series of rock pools with streams between;
  • 1700sqm lagoon that will be up to 1.5m deep;
  • Zero-depth water play area with a range of interactive water elements;
  • Inspired by the rapids, waterfalls and rock pools of the Dharawal National Park.
