The Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute School Science Awards foster and encourage an interest in science among secondary school students, with the view to promoting careers in science as a viable career and interesting career path.
Nominations are open to all Year 11 (or equivalent) Australian students.
Recipients will receive a framed certificate, as well as the opportunity to spend time at the Institute to learn first-hand about its activities.
The awards are run by Campbelltown City Council, in conjunction with the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute. The award will be presented at a ceremony hosted by the Mayor of Campbelltown in October.
