The NSW Land and Housing Corporation as landowner has made a formal offer to enter into a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (draft VPA) with Council in connection with their approved Part 3A Concept Plan for the Project (dated 24 May 2013). The objective of the Agreement is to provide infrastructure, facilities and services to meet the needs of the Project and to provide for the dedication of community lands and roads to Council.

The works to be carried out are detailed within the Infrastructure Services Delivery Plan and are broadly described as:

  • construction of a Multipurpose Community Facility;

  • trunk stormwater drainage facilities; and

  • embellishment and dedication of active and passive recreation areas within the project area.

The total contribution value to be delivered, excluding land, is $21,330,290.
