Submissions are invited on the Planning Proposal to amend Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 in order to remove a minor anomaly in the zone boundary.
Council, at its meeting on 12 December 2017, resolved to publicly exhibit a planning proposal for land at 17 Percival Ave, Ingleburn (Lot 27 DP 1096807).
The objective of the planning proposal is to amend Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015, to rezone part of the subject site from RE1 Public Recreation to R2 Low Density Residential, to remove a minor anomaly in the zone boundary.
A copy of the planning proposal and supporting information will be on public exhibition and available to view from Wednesday 7 February until Friday 23 February 2018 at the following locations:
