Public Exhibition - Draft Operational Plan 2018-2019 including Budget and Fees and Charges

Council is currently exhibiting its Draft Operational Plan for 2018-19 including Budget and Fees and Charges. The Operational Plan forms a key pillar of Council’s future planning framework and outlines the priorities and initiatives for the coming 12 months. It includes a detailed annual budget, program of works and Council’s complete list of Fees and Charges.

 The draft documents are on public exhibition until 5 June 2018 and are available for viewing online, in the foyer of the Campbelltown Civic Centre and all local libraries.

 If you would like to comment on the draft documents, please make a formal submission to Council by 4.30pm Tuesday 5 June 2018.

 Any submission made should be addressed to the General Manager and include your name, address, your daytime telephone number and a statement outlining the points you wish to make in your submission.

Submissions should be submitted online, faxed, posted, delivered in person at Campbelltown Civic Centre, or emailed to council@campbelltown.nsw.gov.au

We are seeking a suitably experienced organisation that can develop a branding and city identity strategy based off evidence based research.  Council has recently undertaken to create a brand and city identity for the City of Campbelltown – an identity that means something not only to the local community, but more broadly is an aspirational identity for future potential residents, businesses and investors.

T18/15 Reimagining Campbelltown CBD Phase 2+ (including City Wide Economic Development Strategy)

We are seeking a suitably experienced organisation to deliver an overarching CBD Integrated master planning eco-system and also including a Campbelltown City Wide Economic Development Strategy.  The CBD Integrated master planning ecosystem will deliver the facilitation of the Council’s final endorsed Vision for the Reimagining Campbelltown CBD. There are a number of precincts within this CBD study area, and the overarching suite of tools and plans need to ensure that these precincts are master planned as a comprehensive and complementary “whole” city centre.

Q18/19 E-Waste Collection Services and Recycling

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced organisation in the collection, processing and recycling of electronic waste (e-waste) to provide the following services: 

  1. Community e-waste drop off event – 4 and 5 August 2018

  2. Council internal e-waste collection, data destruction and recycling –27 and 28 July 2018

The event will be available to residents only (commercial operators not accepted) and will be free of charge to residents within the Campbelltown Local Government Area (LGA).

Council has received a development application from Artmade Architects for the partial demolition of an existing heritage-listed dwelling (Woodcrest) and alterations and additions to the existing dwelling for use as a childcare centre for 150 children and associated car parking at Lot 81 DP 1172405, 111 Oxford Road, Ingleburn 

The Campbelltown Local Planning Panel is the consent authority for this development application.

The application and accompanying Statement of Environmental Effects are on exhibition and available for review at the ground floor of Council’s Civic Centre during Council’s ordinary office hours; and at HJ Daley Library, Hurley St, Campbelltown; and Greg Percival Library, Cnr Oxford and Cumberland Rds, Ingleburn and Glenquarie Branch Library, Brooks St, Macquarie Fields.

The Campbelltown Local Planning Panel is the determination authority for this development application.
