The popular Fisher’s Ghost Carnival will return in November at an expanded Leumeah Commuter car park location as part of this year’s Festival of Fisher’s Ghost.

This year’s Carnival will be held each Thursday to Sunday during the Festival, commencing on Thursday 2 November until Sunday 12 November. A fireworks demonstration will be held each Saturday from 9pm.

“The Fisher’s Ghost Carnival remains a favourite event for many locals and this year we’ve made great efforts to enhance accessibility for our community,” Mayor George Greiss said.

“I encourage everyone to get involved in the amusement attractions and carnival fun we have on offer this year,” Dr Greiss said.

Highlights of this year’s carnival include:

  • Sydney debut of new ride attraction
  • Daredevil rides
  • Kids rides
  • Sideshow Alley
  • Delicious food and dessert options
  • Show bags

A ticketed quiet session in support of adults, youth and children living with disability will be held on Sunday 5 November from 10am to 12pm, including a quiet tent with sensory activities, no flashing lights, music or PA announcements.

Parking will be available at Leumeah Station commuter car park, though residents are encouraged to consider public transport options.

Carnival entry is free. Ride tickets are on sale from Friday 13 October.
