Are you a stallholder

We hold a number of events annually where stallholders are welcome. If you'd like to get involved, here is where all of your questions are answered!

What we're looking for?

We encourage applications from local charity organisations, food vendors, exciting new products, service and activity providers.

All stallholders, at their cost, must hold current public liability insurance cover to the value of $10 million ($20 million for food vendors).

If you have a good quality product or stall, that is well presented, we'd like to hear from you. Our events are well marketed and attract consistently high attendance levels.

Please note: If you have already registered your details on this page, you have been added to our master database and application forms will be emailed out to you when they are available for each event each year. If you wish update your details, please contact a member of our Events team.

How do we select our stallholders?

We only select high quality stallholders. We ask all of our stallholders to complete a detailed application form, which is assessed by our Events team.

We know that there are often a large number of suppliers out there offering the same thing. We review our applications across a range of criteria, and take into account product quality, stall presentation and experience. We know there is no advantage in having too many of the same type of vendors - we want variety as much as you want a fair chance to have successful trade.
