Posters on poles

Bill posting, advertising signage or posters placed on utilities, power poles or any other public places is prohibited as they detract from the aesthetics of the local area, may be hazardous to mototists and can contribute to environmental pollution.

As such, Rangers adopt a zero tolerance approach and remove these signs if sighted. Report any sighting to Council online or by calling 02 4645 4000.

People caught depositing of that are identifed as being responsible for advertising material, may be liable to a penalty noice in excess of $400.
