Ambarvale Community Hall is the perfect location for your next family event. The hall holds a maximum of 60 people and is wheelchair accessible.

The hall is fully air conditioned, there are 12 rectangular tables available with accompanied seating, vinyl flooring and kitchen appliances.

Additional Features

There are 12 x rectangular tables (approx. 1.9m x 0.9m) with accompanied seating available for 60 people, electric stove/oven, fridge, kitchen serving window, hot water urn system and fully fenced outdoor area.

Fees and Charges

All halls can be hired on an hourly or block rate basis but some conditions apply*

Hourly and block rates for this hall:

  • Monday to Thursday & Sunday (9.00am - 10.00pm) Friday & Saturday (9.00am - 3.00pm): $41.80 per hour with a minimum of 2 hrs*
  • Friday & Saturday 9.00am - 12.00am: $502.70per booking*  
  • Friday & Saturday 5.00pm - 12.00am: $292.60per booking*
    *Discounts may apply for community groups and permanent bookings;  Surcharges apply for commercial profit events; Other fees and charges may apply.


Booking Information

Casual booking
  • To secure your booking, a $50 deposit (to be deducted from the hire fee) will need to be paid within seven days of making the booking.
  • All paperwork including an invoice will then be forwarded to you.
  • All of our halls require a refundable bond of $500.00. The bond will be refunded to you after your event as long as there is no damage to the venue and you meet the terms of our hall hire agreement.
  • Full payment for the hall (including the bond) is required 14 days before your function.
  • For information regarding casual hall hire, select the Casual Booking Enquiry and view availability button below to complete a booking enquiry. We will get back to you within two working days to discuss the cost and availability details and to confirm your booking date.
