Ambarvale Community Hall

Ambarvale Community Hall is the perfect location for birthdays, fitness and wellbeing activities and conferences, up to a maximum of 26 people.

The hall is wheelchair accessible and is fully air conditioned, so your guests can stay nice and cool during the warmer months. We have 12 x rectangular tables available (1.9m x 0.9m) with accompanied seating.

The facility has vinyl flooring throughout and a decent amount of space to set up equipment, as required, to suit your function.

The kitchen facilities include an electric stove/oven, fridge and hot water urn system to prepare any food or beverages for your event. There is a kitchen serving window which can also be utilised.

The fully fenced outdoor area has plenty of room for the kids to run around on the grass.

Casual Hall Booking

What happens after I have made a casual booking enquiry?

  • You will receive all paperwork along with your invoice to make the payment
  • To secure your booking, a $50 deposit (to be deducted from the hire fee) is due to be paid within 7 days of making the booking
  • Full payment for the hall (including the bond) is required 14 days before your function
  • All of our halls require a refundable bond of $600.00
  • The bond will be refunded to you after your event as long as there is no damage to the venue and you meet the terms of our hall hire agreement.

What happens after I have made a regular booking enquiry?

  • You will be contacted by our Customer Service team to confirm the date of your booking and to make sure you understand the Terms and Conditions of being a regular hirer
  • You will receive all paperwork along with your invoice to make your payments on a monthly basis.

We will be in contact within 2 working days to discuss the cost and availability details and to confirm your booking date.
