Glen Alpine Community Hall

Glen Alpine Community Hall is very spacious and is perfect for birthdays, ceremonies and community groups of up to 64 people.

Please note: Bookings for teenage birthday parties cannot be taken at this facility due to neighbourhood restrictions. 

 
The hall is fully air conditioned and is a fantastic venue to host your next function or party with its large size and available amenities.

The large glass doors open out onto an enclosed grass area that is also available for use during event hire, making it the perfect area to relax.

Kitchen facilities include an electric stove/oven, sink, hot water urn system, and fridge. There is a kitchen serving window which can also be utilised. With 12 x round tables (approx. 1.75m in diameter) and 4 rectangular tables (approx. 1.8m x 0.8m) with accompanied seating.

Spacious car park facilities on site, with disability parking spaces at the entrance, enables easy access.

Friday and Saturday  9am to 3pm $56.45 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours*
Friday and Saturday  9am to 12am $681.70 per booking*
Friday and Saturday  5pm to 12am $397.30 per booking*

*Discounts may apply for community groups and permanent bookings. Surcharges apply for commercial profit events. Other fees and charges may apply.

Casual Hall Booking

What happens after I have made a casual booking enquiry?

  • You will receive all paperwork along with your invoice to make the payment
  • To secure your booking, a $50 deposit (to be deducted from the hire fee) is due to be paid within 7 days of making the booking
  • Full payment for the hall (including the bond) is required 14 days before your function
  • All of our halls require a refundable bond of $600.00
  • The bond will be refunded to you after your event as long as there is no damage to the venue and you meet the terms of our hall hire agreement.

What happens after I have made a regular booking enquiry?

  • You will be contacted by our Customer Service team to confirm the date of your booking and to make sure you understand the Terms and Conditions of being a regular hirer
  • You will receive all paperwork along with your invoice to make your payments on a monthly basis.

We will be in contact within 2 working days to discuss the cost and availability details and to confirm your booking date.
