Illegal dumping and loose litter
Council collects illegally dumped rubbish and loose litter five days a week. If you see any rubbish or loose litter on the side of the road or want to dob in a dumper, please report illegal dumping online, report loose litter online or call Customer Service on 02 4645 4000. For illegal dumping requests, we will check if it’s booked in for a Council's Kerbside clean up - and if it’s not, we can take action to have it removed.
To help us catch people who make our streets untidy, if you can provide us with details such as where and when the dumping occurred, a vehicle registration and a description of the vehicle or offender, our Rangers can investigate the incident.
The street sweepers crew are involved in Council's street sweeping program. Their primary duties are to sweep our roads, car parks, mediums, etc. and keep our streets litter free.
