Webinar: Creative recruitment for beginners

Join our online website

Creative businesses have unique staffing requirements. They need talented and loyal people, as well as the nimble necessity of scaling up and down depending on the number of projects on the slate.

The usual staffing system is a complicated combination of freelancers, interns, casuals and friends – and an absence of workable and practical HR policies and processes. Creative Recruitment for Beginners is an online workshop that discusses a better way of hiring and retaining great people.

In this webinar you will learn how to

  • Write a useful job description (before it’s too late)
  • Use external recruitment companies and maintain a ‘Freelance Book’
  • Use interns and free labour legally and fairly
  • Conduct meaningful interviews with potential candidates
  • Understand superannuation, fair work policies and more from the employers’ point of view.
