Group fitness classes at Eagle Vale

From High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to Balance, Pilates, Boot Camp to Aqua Aerobics, we have a range of fitness classes to suit everybody. Bookings are essential as places are limited.

Led by fitness professionals, there's lots of low impact, high impact or conditioning exercises to choose from to suit your personal fitness level.
