Let's Talk Legal: Elder Law Issues

A talk focusing on important areas of law for seniors presented by legal professionals.

Lets Talk Legal Event

The Let’s Talk Legal program is a series of free legal talks presented by qualified legal professionals from the Macarthur Legal Centre, Campbelltown in partnership with Campbelltown City Library.

In this special session celebrating the 2019 NSW Seniors Festival we discuss issues relevant to seniors such as what to consider and be wary of when building and moving to granny flats, navigating contracts and fee arrangements with assisted living facilities and things you need to consider when downsizing such as strata living.

In 2017 Campbelltown Library Service received the LIAC Centre of Excellence Award from the Law and Justice Foundation in recognition of the Let's Talk Legal program.
