Bring the family down or get together with friends for some live entertainment, free carnival rides and activities to keep the kids busy at the Campbelltown Athletics Centre on Saturday 17 April 2021.

Festival on the Field

Festival on the Field is going to be a fun filled day, to get your adrenalin pumping on the free carnival rides at the Carnival Alley, or grab a bite to eat at one of our many food trucks.

Session Times

General Session

These two sessions are for the general public and each session will be capped to 3000 people with a limit of 6 tickets per booking.

We have a line-up of exciting activities and great live entertainment for everyone to enjoy:

  • Why not come on down and test your soccer skills with the Macarthur FC Bulls, or spend some time at the NRL Rabbitohs or Wests Tigers hub
  • Satisfy your appetite with a selection of food, drink and dessert from the food trucks
  • Free carnival rides: Dodgem Cars, Sizzler, Super Slide, Fantasy Cups, Crazy Flyer, Go Gator Coaster, Mini Pirate Ship
  • Free kids activities: face painting, hair braiding and henna
  • Jumping castles: a 20m obstacle course, speedway obstacle course and multi combo jumping castle
  • Roaming entertainment with Sally Bubbles, a magician and a juggler
  • There's also a Firetruck and Police Car to explore.

Quiet Session - People with disability

A Festival on the Field -  Quiet Session between 11am to 1pm is available for adults, youth and children with disability to provide them with a more relaxed and quiet themed festival to enjoy. This session will be capped to 1000 people.

COVID-19 safe practices will be in place at this event

In line with COVID-19 restrictions on outdoor public gatherings, numbers for this event have been capped to 3000 people. If you are feeling unwell or you are in mandatory isolation, we ask that you stay home and not attend Festival on the Field.

  • COVID-19 Safe Hygiene Marshals will be present to encourage 1.5m physical distancing between family groups and to confirm you have completed the check-in
  • We encourage you to download the Service NSW app to facilitate an easy check-in when you arrive at our Campbelltown Athletics Centre
  • Use the camera on your mobile phone to scan the QR code on the signs provided
  • Keep an eye out on our Events in Campbelltown and Campbelltown City Facebook pages for updates to the event.
