Healthy Winter Dishes & Worm Farming/Composting

In this workshop, we explore transforming our food waste and cooking healthy dishes using produce available in our gardens.

Learn to set up and start your own organic recycling station at home, turning food scraps and yard waste into fantastic fertiliser and rich soil conditioner for your vegetable garden.

Then learn how to turn your garden produce into healthy winter dishes for your family.

This workshop is provided in partnership with the Macarthur Centre for Sustainable Living (MCSL).
