Bush Explorers - Landscapes of Campbelltown - Simmos Beach Reserve

Join us for a midday bushwalk to look at the landscapes of beautiful Simmos Beach Reserve and the Georges River Valley.

Simmos Beach, Macquarie Fields River beach

Council in partnership with Simmo’s Beach Reserve Bushcare Group will be hosting a nature walk at Simmos’ Beach Reserve, Macquarie Fields.

Join us as we take a midday wander via the forest and river of the reserve both looking at the season’s wildlife and taking a particular focus on the landforms, geology and history of this lovely area.

Walking grade: Grade 2: Easy-Moderate.     

Participants are advised to please wear long pants, sturdy shoes and seasonally appropriate clothing and bring a bottle of water, and if you have them, camera and binoculars to help you get the best out of your wildlife spotting
