The Mayor of Campbelltown Cr George Britcevic is hosting a masquerade ball on Saturday 31 July from 6pm at the Menangle Country Club to raise funds for a sensory playground at Mary Brooksbank School.
A memorable night of exceptional dining, live entertainment and networking, plus the opportunity to help raise funds for a worthy cause.
Mary Brooksbank School supports Kindergarten to Year 12 students from Campbelltown and across the Macarthur region who have an intellectual disability and in some cases, secondary disabilities that impact their learning.
Many of the students have trouble handling sensory input such as noises, light, touch, smell or taste and can often face challenges when trying to play in a playground that does not meet these needs.
Money raised will fund the construction of a sensory playground to help create a safe, comfortable and fun environment for every child to play.
It's time for us to do what we can to make the lives of some very special children brighter every day.
