Full Council Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm. Members of the public are invited to attend a meeting of Council.
Our Councillors meet regularly to make decisions about policies, services and important issues that affect Campbelltown.
Meetings returning to Council Chambers from April 2021
Under the COVID-19 restrictions:
- Anyone who wishes to attend the Council meeting in person, needs to register as we are limited to 25 people in the public gallery
- Members of the public may address the Council by application and will be invited to speak to the Council at the meeting
- Each speaker will have up to 5 minutes to address the Council.
The Council meeting will be livestreamed and a recording of the meeting is available online the following day for on-demand viewing.

Agenda items and business papers
Agenda items and business papers for the upcoming Council meeting are made available online from 4.00pm on the Tuesday prior to each Council meeting.
You can request a hard copy of the agenda by contacting our Customer Service Team at council@campbelltown.nsw.gov.au.
Addressing the Council
People interested in addressing a Council meeting on a specific item being considered on the current agenda, can contact Council’s Manager Governance and Risk on 02 4645 4320, or lodge a written submission online no later than midday on the day of the meeting.
Note: there is a maximum five minute speech limit per person.
