Threatened Species Art and Writing Competition

The Threatened Species Art and Writing Competition is an educational program encouraging young people (5-16) to learn about a local threatened species and represent it in art or a creative writing.

Multidisciplinary artist and previous winner of the Fisher’s Ghost Art Award (Macarthur Award Category), Pam French, will guide you through a four-week workshop. Working within one of her recognised mediums still life, Pam will explore intimate objects, composition, colour, while developing your skills and shifting your thinking.
