We have a range of social media channels, in addition to traditional communication methods, to connect with our community, where we welcome your comments.

To make sure that everyone feels safe to interact with our social channels, we ask that you show courtesy, respect and do not use the platforms to abuse, provide offensive or inappropriate content for unlawful purposes.

We will not tolerate bullying, trolling or any other forms of harassment on any of our social media channels and any users that display this kind of behaviour may be restricted from interacting with us on social media.

Responding to comments and direct messages

Customer enquiries posted to the Campbelltown City Council's Facebook page or submitted via direct message are responded to as quickly as possible during business hours:

8:30am to 4:30pm weekdays.
