Meet Kit Kat,
Kit Kat is a quiet little homebody looking for someone who appreciates the finer things in life: a comfy bed, a peaceful house, good conversation and, most importantly, properly administered cheek scratches.
She can be shy when you first meet her and likes to take her time getting comfortable with new people and surroundings. Once she's decided everything is safe and acceptable, though, you'll start meeting the real Kit Kat — an easy-going, chatty little lady who is quite happy to follow you around and keep you updated on her day.
Affection is very welcome, particularly if you know your way around a good cheek scratch. Get the spot just right and you'll be rewarded with Kit Kat's signature half-roll as she leans in for more. Being picked up isn't really her thing, although she can be handled and moved when needed. She's fairly independent and doesn't need to be entertained around the clock — in fact, you'll usually find her happily snoozing away in her bed.
Toys? Kit Kat respectfully declines.
Food? She's got opinions about that too. Kit Kat isn't particularly food or treat motivated and can be a fussy eater. When she first arrived at the facility, it took her some time to settle before she felt comfortable eating properly, so her new family will need to be patient while she adjusts to another new environment.
One area where Kit Kat receives absolutely no complaints is her bathroom etiquette. She's a very clean and tidy girl who takes her litter tray responsibilities seriously.
Kit Kat would be happiest in a quieter home where she can settle in at her own pace, find her favourite sleeping spot and eventually become your little conversational shadow. She could also be a lovely match for a first-time cat owner who is happy to let her relationship develop naturally.
If your idea of good company is a sweet little cat who'll snooze while you're busy, follow you around when you're not, and eventually have plenty to say about both
