Current services
The following enquiry selections are provided to assist customers with accessing information and tracking the progress of development applications:
- Development applications currently on Public Exhibition
- Development applications lodged, but not determined
- Development applications that have been determined
- Development applications subject to determination by the Sydney Joint West Regional Planning Panel
Future services
In the near future, Council's online services will be expanded to allow electronic lodgement of development applications.
DA Tracking
Application Enquiry allows you to follow the progress of Development Applications. Application Enquiry is only available for Development Applications lodged on or after 1 July 2013.
Using Application Enquiry you can access information related to an application online.
This information includes:
- current status of an application
- tasks undertaken as part of the assessment process
- a selection of publicly available electronic documents
- email address for further enquiries
The Application Enquiry function may (subject to relevant Australian copyright laws) provide access to a selection of documents related to a development application. Should you wish to view documents related to a development application that may not be accessible online, you can submit an application to the Council under the Government Information (Public) Access Act 2009 (NSW) requesting access to that document.
