We're upgrading Patrick Newman Reserve with new play equipment and enhancements to the surrounding park.

What's coming to the playground?

• New combination play unit, swings and cubby with synthetic turf softfall
• New access path connecting Clennam Avenue and Holborn Street
• New garden beds and native trees
• Sandstone log wall
• New shade sail
• Park seat
• Retention of existing park light
• Retention of existing bollards

When is it happening?

Construction is set to begin on Wednesday 10 September and should be finished by November 2025, weather permitting.
Work hours :

• Monday to Friday: 7am – 5pm
• Saturday: 8am – 1pm

You might notice some activity and extra noise during this time, but our team will do their best to keep any disruptions to a minimum.
