Winga Myamly Reconciliation Group, the Aboriginal community and supporting services invites all interested residents to attend the Appin Massacre memorial service at Cataract Dam. The ceremony is to remember the Dharawal people who perished in the Massacre in 1817.
Campbelltown City Council also holds a memorial flag raising ceremony in the forecourt of the Campbelltown City Council building to remember those who perished and to show Council's commitment to Reconciliation.
