Join us at Active Seniors Indoor Sports Program - designed especially for older adults aged 55+ looking to enjoy gentle movement in a safe and supportive environment.

This engaging program offers a variety of low-impact activities to help you move more, feel better, and have fun along the way. Whether you’re new to exercise or already active, this program is suitable for all fitness levels. 

 

What to expect:

  • Gentle fitness activities tailored for seniors
  • Walking sports for fun and light competition
  • Balance and mobility exercises to support everyday movement
  • Fun games to keep you engaged and motivated
  • Opportunities to socialise and connect with others in your community
