Free Child Restraint Inspection and Fitting Days

Did you know two in three car seats are not being used properly?

Residents of Campbelltown City are eligible for free installation or safety checks of child car seats, harnesses and booster seats, with sessions held in February, April, August, October and December each year.

Campbelltown City Council provides a FREE child restraint inspection and fitting day every two months starting in February each year.

Council engages an Authorised Fitting Service to perform the inspections and installations with the assistance of Council's Community & Road Safety Officer.

Bookings are essential

Bookings opens for each event from 7am on the below schedule:

For events held on weekdays (Event held on a Wednesday) bookings open on the Wednesday 14 days prior to the event.

For events held on a weekend (Event held on a Saturday) bookings open on the Wednesday 10 days prior to each event.

Please note that bookings are limited and only open to residents who live and reside in the Campbelltown City Council Area.
