Welcome to Chill Fest 2025 – Winter Magic in the heart of Campbelltown.

This July school holidays, Koshigaya Park will be transformed into a sparkling winter wonderland as Chill Fest returns to warm your hearts.

Gather your family and friends for a frosty adventure packed with amusement rides, a glittering open-air ice-skating rink, toasty marshmallow stations, delicious food trucks, and the charming Alpine Winter Markets.

With roving performers, magical lights, and surprises around every corner, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Event Hours

Saturday 5 July till Sunday 20 July 2025: that's 16 whole days of winter fun in Campbelltown.

  • Monday to Thursday: 12pm-10pm
  • Friday and Saturdays: 12pm - late
  • Sunday: 12pm - 9pm

Ticket Sales

Online ticket sales will open soon.

You can also purchase at the ticket box on site at the event.

  • Carnival rides coupons are valid to use at any session, any day of Chill Fest
  • Ice Skating sessions are valid for the specific session you have booked for.

Entry to the event is free - you can wander through the event and take in the amazing Winter Wonderland atmosphere for free.

Quiet Session

Campbelltown City Council in partnership with Joyland Amusements is hosting our popular two-hour Chill Fest quiet session again this year.

This session is for adults, young people and children with a disability to enjoy the event with their family and/or carer.

Numbers are limited for this session and bookings are required, with limits of 4 tickets per booking.

Each quiet session includes:

  • $20 unlimited ride armbands available to purchase (Only a selection of rides will operate during this session)
  • Free ice skating
  • Limited attendees, short wait lines for rides
  • People with a Companion Card ride for free to accompany another attendee
  • No PA announcements
  • No music or flashing lights
  • Council staff onsite to assist

When: Tuesday 8 July
Time: 10am-12pm (The event is closed to the public during this time)

How to get there

Chill Fest is located in Koshigaya Park which is within walking distance of Campbelltown Train Station.

There are also bus links to Campbelltown Mall which is adjacent to the Park.

If you do plan to drive, best parking for the event is the rooftop carpark at Campbelltown Mall:

  • Access via Hurley Street
  • Make your way up to the very top level of the carpark
  • You will be able to see Chill Fest from the rooftop
  • Your winter fun is right next door

This is an all-ages event.

Is there a charge to attend?

This is a free event.

Where is it located?

Chill Fest is located at Koshigaya Park Campbelltown. 

Is there parking? / How do I get there? 

There will be ample parking available nearby at Campbelltown Mall. We also encourage attendees to walk to site or use public transport.

Bus Routes - Interline Bus Service

Closest Train Station- Campbelltown Station –followed by an approximate 15 minute walk to event site.

Is there disabled access / parking at this event?

Accessible parking is available on Camden Street please park in designated Disabled parking spots.

Can we bring our own food?

You sure can however there will be plenty of tasty and affordable food options on the evening.

Are there vegan / vegetarian / gluten free options?

There will be plenty of food options that cater for every dietary requirement.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Bringing your own alcohol is not permitted.

Can I smoke or vape at the event?

No smoking or vaping will be permitted at the event.

Can I bring in Eskies / BBQs / Shade Structures?

For safety reasons, you are unable to bring your own esky / barbeque or shade structure. There will seating available.

Can I take photos / film at the event?

Photos can be taken for personal use. We encourage attendees to submit a photo at the event to Council’s social media.

Can I bring my dog to the event?

Dogs are allowed on site so long as they are kept on a leash and are well behaved. Council will not tolerate any aggressive behaviour or excessive barking and owners must clean up after their pets. If this is not adhered to, Council staff reserve the right to remove dogs from the event site at any time.

What happens if it rains?

The show must go on. If weather conditions become extreme and pose risk to attendees, contractors and/or crew, the event may be cancelled. Notification will be provided via Council’s social media channels.
