Anzac Day

Campbelltown will pay tribute to those whose lives were lost at war by holding a dawn service, Anzac Day march and morning commemorative service in Mawson Park.

Campbelltown takes part in Anzac Day events annually on 25 April.

The Campbelltown RSL will hold a dawn service in Mawson Park beginning at approximately 5:40am on 25 April.

This is followed by the Anzac Day march northbound along Queen Street at 8:30am finishing at Mawson Park where the official ceremony will take place at 9:00am.

Please be aware of the following special event road closures during this time.

  • Queen Street will be closed from Brown Street to Dumeresq Street from 5:00am until 9:00am
  • Queen Street will be closed between Dumeresq Street and Bradbury Avenue between 8:00am and 9:00am
  • Cordeaux Street will be closed between 5:00am and 9:00am

All members of the community are welcome and encouraged to attend these events.
