Feel the Beat is an inclusive youth music festival catering for people with disability. With live entertainment, loads of activities including tattoo spraying, henna, flower crown making and more!


Campbelltown Council in conjunction with The Disability Trust will host Campbelltown's first ever youth music event for people with disability!

There will be live entertainment on stage with loads of activities to do including tattoo spraying, henna, flower crown making and much more!

The venue has easy access, with plenty of parking. There are accessible toilets, Auslan interpreters, online ticketing system, controlled noise levels, appropriate lighting and quiet zones. Including seating areas and a chill out zone full of cushions, bean bags and blankets.

This event is targeted to young people with disability aged 12 to 30 years. The Over the Rainbow session (2pm to 4.30pm) is open for people aged 12 to 17 years and the Light up your Night session (6pm to 10pm) caters to 18 to 30 years.

Who will be performing at Feel the Beat?

Justice Crew is the headline act for the Over the Rainbow session and the Light up your Night session. Also featuring performances from Ironic Circus, Ash n Bodo, Under Wraps, Chris Sebastian and Rudely Interrupted.

What makes this event suitable for people with disability?

The event is completely accessible and inclusive. Ground floor venue, wheelchair accessible, accessible toilets, Auslan interpreters, hearing loop available, online print at home ticketing, controlled noise levels, no strobe or flickering lighting, quiet zones, a sensory zone and some noise cancelling headphones available. There are also provisions for Assistance Dogs if required.

Will anyone without a disability be able to go?

Yes Feel the Beat is an inclusive event. We encourage young people with disability to bring their family, friends and carers along to enjoy the festival.

I'm a carer, do I also need to purchase a ticket?

Yes, carers do need to purchase a ticket. Each attendee with a disability can purchase two additional tickets for guardians, carers or friends.

Will the number of tickets be limited per person?

Yes. Each young person with disability can purchase one ticket for themselves and up to two additional tickets for family members, friends or carers.

Can I refund my ticket if I cannot attend?

Tickets are strictly non-refundable.

Is this an alcohol free event?

  • The 12 to 17 year old session is strictly alcohol free. No alcohol will be available at the event and no one under the influence will be allowed to enter.
  • The 18 to 30 year old session will have alcohol available for purchase at the bar.

Will food be available for purchase?

Yes. Food will be available for purchase at the club and after the event. Some snack style food will be available during the festival.
