St Helens Park Youth Space opening celebration

Celebrate the official opening of the new St Helens Park Pump Track with a fun-filled community event for riders and spectators of all ages.

Join us for an exciting day featuring BMX demonstrations, competitions, prizes and activities hosted by Macarthur BMX. Whether you’re an experienced rider or just getting started, this free event is great way to enjoy the new track and learn about riding.

Event schedule

• 9am: Warm up time for competition riders 
• 10am: Official opening formalities hosted by Mayor of Campbelltown Darcy Lound 
• 10.30am – 10.45am: BMX demonstration by Macarthur BMX riders
• 10.45am – 1145am: Fast Lap Competition
• 12:00pm – 1:00pm: Most Creative Jump Run

Competition categories

Competitions will be held across the following age divisions:

• 7 years and under
• 8 - 12 years
• 13 - 17 years
• 18 years and over 

Prizes will be awarded to winners in each division.

Participants entering competitions will be required to register on the day. Wristbands will be provided to identify competition divisions.

Riders must bring their own bike and helmet.
