You can now make rate and childcare payments online.
Methods for making payments are detailed on the reverse side of all accounts issued by Council. Please take the time to carefully read through these before selecting the option best suited to you.
The phone number to call when making credit card phone payments is 1300 791 110 and the reference number is located on the front of your account. If you require assistance in making a payment, Council staff may be contacted by phoning 4645 4935.
You can pay your accounts using any of the following options:
At Council’s Civic Centre, ground floor, Queen St, Campbelltown or Eagle Vale Central, cnr Feldspar Rd and Emerald Dr, Eagle Vale (8.30am-4pm) Pay in cash or by cheque, money order, EFTPOS or credit card (Mastercard or Visa). All credit card payments will incur a merchant service fee surcharge of 0.8%, including Visa and Mastercard debit cards.
At Australia Post You can pay in cash or by cheque at any official post office or agency.
EFTPOS payments can be made at official post offices and most agencies.
By mail Cheque and credit card payments can be made by mail.

Over the phone You can pay by phone using either Bpay (debit cards only) or by calling 1300 791 110 (credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard debit cards).
Using Bpay - you will need to be registered with your participating bank, building society or credit union for telephone banking. Credit cards are no longer accepted.
By direct debit An authority form is available for rate payments only by calling 4645 4935.
Authority forms must be received two weeks prior to commencement date.
By Internet It's easy, convenient and secure to make rate payments over the Internet.
You can make payments over the Internet using BPay (debit cards only), or click on
Pay Rates or
Pay Childcare.To make a payment using Bpay (rates only):Go to the website of your participating bank, credit union or building society.
Follow the instructions on how to make payments via Bpay.
When prompted:
enter the Bpay biller code for Campbelltown City Council (52167)
enter the Bpay customer reference number (it is on the front side of your latest rates notice - this identifies your particular bill)
enter the amount you wish to pay and submit your transaction. More information about Bpay and links to participating banks, credit unions and building societies is available from
