Macquarie Fields Leisure Centre - Meeting Room

Macquarie Fields Leisure Centre has a meeting room available for hire that is perfect for group meetings or conferences.

Our meeting room is equipped with a kitchenette, tables and chairs. Separate accessible toilets and change rooms on site, as well as ramp access for entry and exit of the centre and hand railing support.

You can add pool lane/ space hire to your meeting room booking also.

FACILITY HIRE/ BOOKING FORM

Sporting bodies, clubs, associations, corporations and incorporated bodies, or people attending more than 12 times a year will need to provide a copy of their public liability insurance.

What happens after I have filled out the facility for hire booking form?

  • You will be contacted by our Customer Service team within 2 days to discuss the cost and availability details and to confirm the date of your booking
  • You will receive all paperwork along with your invoice to make the payment.
