Meet Lark,

Lark is a soft and gentle soul with a playful sparkle. While she might seem a little reserved at first, her curiosity and love for fun quickly shines through. She’s sweet, friendly, and loves a good play session once she feels safe. Lark is an easy-going kitten with a kind heart, just waiting to share her quiet charm with someone special.

Lark would be suitable for most homes. She would make a great mate for kids and is open to meet children of any age!

Just like all kittens, Lark would love a cat tree to climb on and scratch, and an assortment of toys to play with. She should be fed kitten food multiple times a day to ensure that she grows up big and strong. Lark is already litter trained, but it’s best to show her where the litter tray is when you get home to minimise any accidents.

If you’ve got other animals at home, that’s okay, just make sure that they have a slow & supervised introduction, over a few days, to ensure that they have the best chance of getting along.

Post Adoption Life: With all animals it’s important to understand that going into a new environment with new people may not be as seamless as we want it to be. It’s important to know that these animals have unknown histories - most are left in the shelter by their owners. The information we have is from observing the animal’s behaviours & reactions to certain stimuli whilst in our care. Adopted animals can take up to 3 months to properly decompress from post-shelter life & a lot of behaviours & quirks may surface during this time. All that we ask is that their new owners have an open mind & are patient.
