Relocation of Dwellings

Requirements for the relocation of dwellings

A Development Application and Construction Certificate Application are required to be lodged for the relocation of an existing dwelling
A completed Development Application form
Four (4) copies of all required plans
A completed Waste Management Plan
Site plan drawn to a scale of 1:200
Floor plans drawn to a scale of 1:100
Elevation plans drawn to a scale of 1:100
Structural Engineers details of the footings and tie downs to the footings
Colour photographs of all external elevations of the dwelling
Proposed transport route for the proposed relocated dwelling
Dwellings containing dangerous materials such as asbestos may not be given consent.
