Notice of Decision to Adopt Amendment 14 to Campbelltown (Sustainable City) DCP 2015

At its meeting on 8 February 2022, Council considered a report to amend development controls within the Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan 2015, to limit the total number of trees that can be removed under a Tree Permit assessment process in any 2 year period.

Following consideration of the report, Council resolved as follows:

1. That Council adopt Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan 2015 - Tree Permits Housekeeping Amendment, 2022.
2. That Council give public notice of its decision in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000.

Amendment No 14 to Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan 2015 - Tree Permits was exhibited to the public from 26 June 2021 through to 29 July 2021.

In accordance with point 2 of Council's resolution, notice is hereby given that the amended Plan will come into effective on 23 February 2021, in accordance with clause 21 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000.
