Notice of Decision to Adopt Amendment 15 to Campbelltown (Sustainable City) DCP 2015
At its meeting on 12 October 2021, Council considered a report to introduce development controls and objectives within the Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan 2015, to encourage the installation of electrical vehicle infrastructure within certain types of development.
Following consideration of the report, Council resolved as follows:
- That Council endorse the public exhibition of the draft amendment to the Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan 2015 shown at attachment 1.
- That where submissions are received through the exhibition period, a further report be provided to Council tabling the issues raised in those submissions.
- That where no submissions are received during the exhibition period, the draft amendment be adopted and commenced upon public notification being completed in accordance with Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulations, 2000.
Amendment No 15 to Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan 2015 - Electric Vehicle Charging Stations was exhibited to the public from Wednesday 3 November 2021 through to Friday 3 December 2021. During the exhibition of Amendment No 15, no submissions were received.
In accordance with point 3 of Council's resolution, notice is hereby given that the amended Plan will come into effective on 21 December 2021, in accordance with clause 21 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000.
