Compliance Certificates

A compliance certificate issued under section 109C of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 may be issued by Council when specified building or subdivision works have been satisfactorily completed.

An application for a Certificate of Compliance (for Swimming Pools)(144KB, PDF) issued under Section 22D Swimming Pools Act, 1992 may be submitted to Council. A certificate of compliance certifies that an existing swimming pool barrier complies with the Swimming Pools Act 1992, Swimming Pools Regulation 2008.
