Our Civic Centre is the official building of the Campbelltown City Council located at the corner of Queen and Broughton Streets.

Changes to our services and facility closures

In line with the latest COVID-19 stay at home order and compliance rules from the NSW Government, the Campbelltown Civic Centre, Libraries, Leisure Centres, Campbelltown Arts Centre, Bicycle Education Centre, Visitor Information Centre and Campbelltown Sport Stadium are closed to the public until end of September.

You can still do business with us via phone, email or accessing online services.

Things you can do at the Civic Centre

  • Pay your bills (rates, invoices) in person
  • Make an enquiry about one of our services
  • Make a booking at one of our Halls, Parks, Street Stalls or Bicycle Education Centre
  • Collect key packs for a hall booking, park booking or Bicycle Education Centre booking
  • Enrol your child into a Child Care Service
  • Submit Applications for a Tree, Development or Vehicle Crossing
  • Report any issues or problems, such as Illegal dumping, graffiti and an abandoned vehicle etc.
  • View items on public exhibition, such as plans, studies and strategies
  • Visit Alkalizer, our on-site café.

Transport: Two minute walk from the Campbelltown train station or some onsite parking available. A bus stop can be found next to the entrance on Queen Street.
