Attending Council Meetings

All of the meetings of Council are open to members of the public.

Ordinary Council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6.30pm in the Council Chambers at the Campbelltown Council Civic Centre on Cnr Queen Street and Broughton Street, Campbelltown. Please refer to the meeting calendar(15KB, PDF) for scheduled meeting dates.

Addressing Council Meetings

 Anyone can attend a Council meeting. If you are interested in addressing the meeting for a specific item that is being considered on the current agenda please submit the request to address online form by midday on the day of the meeting.

Accessing Business Papers prior to meetings

Council’s meeting agenda items are available online from 4.00pm on the Tuesday prior to the scheduled meeting. Hard copies of the agendas are available for inspection at Campbelltown City Council’s library branches from the Wednesday prior to the scheduled meeting.

A limited number of copies are also available at each Council meeting.

It is important that the decisions of each meeting are recorded and made available to the public.

The minutes of Council meetings are available online from 4.00pm on the Friday following each meeting.
