Campbelltown residents and businesses are encouraged to have their say on Council’s draft Delivery Program 2025–2029 and Operational Plan 2026–2027.

The draft plans outline the infrastructure projects, services, works, events, and community initiatives Council proposes to deliver over the next financial year, supported by a $246.15 million operating budget.

“This budget includes a $95.9 million capital works program that will deliver a range of projects across Campbelltown, including the completion of several of Western Sydney Infrastructure Grant program initiatives,” Mayor of Campbelltown Darcy Lound said.

“A major upgrade to the Macquarie Fields Leisure Centre Splash Park and the new Dharawal Nature Playspace at Simmos Beach Reserve will create fun and exciting new spaces for families to enjoy,” Cr Lound said.

“Campbelltown’s open spaces and sporting fields continue to be a key priority, with enhancements planned at Bradbury Oval, Fullwood Reserve, Worrell Park and Eschol Park Sporting Complex to ensure people have access to high-quality spaces for physical and recreational activities,” he said.

Highlights of the $95.9 million Capital Works Program include:

  • Roads and bridges - $14.4 million
  • Parks, open spaces and playgrounds - $10.5 million
  • Community facilities - $57.1 million
  • Buildings – $5.5 million
  • Plant, fleet and equipment – $5.2 million

Projects included in the Delivery Program 2025-29 and Operational Plan 2025-27 include:

  • Customer Experience Program
  • Digital Strategy and Roadmap
  • Flood and stormwater mitigation works
  • Western Sydney Infrastructure Grant Program

The draft Delivery Program 2025-29 and Operational Plan 2026-27 will be on public exhibition alongside the draft Fees and Charges 2026-2027 and Resourcing Strategy 2026-27 to 2036-37 until 19 May 2026.
