Local residents are encouraged to participate in the latest Customer Experience Survey as part of a review of Council’s customer service.
The survey gives locals the chance to provide their honest and constructive feedback on their current experiences, to help enhance the delivery of future customer experiences.
Answers provided will remain anonymous and be used purely for the purposes of service improvement.
During the next two weeks, the survey will be promoted via social media, on the website and through direct email to residents.
Survey participants also have the opportunity to include their phone number for a representative to contact them directly and provide more detailed responses.
The survey is available through this link and closes on Friday 9 September.
