We offer a variety of study resources, programs and technology for students in primary and secondary school.

HSC lectures and study guides

HSC lectures and workshops are run throughout the year. Lectures cover a variety of subjects including English, Legal Studies, and general exam techniques and study skills.

The library also has a large School Study Guide Collection for K to 12 students available to borrow.

HSC4ME study app

HSC4ME is an online resource to help Year 11 and Year 12 students with their studies. Sign up for HSC4ME and you'll instantly have access to:

  • A huge range of Year 11 and Year 12 subjects
  • Practice exam questions
  • Worked solutions and top responses
  • Study notes and topic summaries
  • Videos and webinars

Databases

A variety of free online databases which cover modern and ancient history, health and legal resources, science, biographies, newspaper and journal articles can be found on the Information desk online. You can access most databases in the library or at home with your library card.

Creative Studio and Makerspace Technology

Have a creative project you're working on? Need to record, edit and design? We have 3D Printers, Sewing Machines and two Creative Studios available for your use. Students can use our Creative Studios for free. You can make a booking and learn more about the equipment available.

Quiet study areas

The library is a great place to visit for quiet study and assignment research. We have dedicated study areas and study rooms available at most library locations, free WIFI and students can access our computers for research and study or to print out those last minute assignments.
