Join us in the heart of Ingleburn CBD for a street party complete with live music, carnival rides, food, market stalls, fun zone and so much more.

Oxford Road, Macquarie Road and Nardoo Street in Ingleburn will be buzzing with vibrant festival celebrations as we celebrate Ingleburn Alive 2024.

This year's event will be filled with fun fresh activities the whole family will enjoy.

Fun Zone

Join us in the Fun Zone from 3.00pm to 9.00pm for an afternoon full of activities, prizes, inflatables and so much more, with a bit of something for everyone!

Colourful Creations with Blackbook Ink

Join Ingleburn muralists Blackbook Ink from 5.00pm to 7.00pm for some street-smart workshops celebrating Australian Wildlife and upcycling spray cans. 

Brode Compton is the founder and creative director of Blackbook Ink with a mission to create stunning and meaningful murals that inspire and connect people with their environment.

Blackbook Ink are an Ingleburn-based Street Art company with works featured across greater Sydney and Australia as well as an upcoming work in the Ingleburn CBD.3

Where can I park?

Parking is available behind the Ingleburn medical centre off Carlisle Street, Ingleburn village parking (limited spaces available) and the Ingleburn Train station parking

Is there disabled parking and access at this event?

Disabled car parking in available at all parking locations with the event being an accessible event.

Can we bring our own food?

 Yes you can but why would you? There will be plenty of tasty and affordable food options on the day.

Can we bring alcohol?

This event is an alcohol free event, any alcohol brought onsite will be confiscated and authorities can be notified

Can I smoke or vape at the event?

No smoking or vaping will be permitted in the event site.

Are there Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten Free food options?

There will be plenty of food options to cater for every dietary requirements

What items are prohibited?

  • Alcohol and illicit substances of any kind;
  • Glass bottles, glassware or breakable containers;
  • shade structures/marquee;
  • Weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile;
  • Knives or Scissors;
  • Fireworks, sparklers or flares;
  • Silly String;
  • Laser pointers;
  • Drones or any other remote-controlled device; and
  • Other items deemed by security, police or event coordinators as having potential to cause injury or public nuisance.

Is this event dog friendly?

Dogs are allowed on site as long as they are kept on a lease and are well behaved. Council will not tolerate any aggressive behaviour or excessive barking and owners must clean up after their pets. If this is not adhered to council staff reserve the right to remove dogs from the event site at any time.

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?

In the event of adverse weather, council may choose to postpone or cancel the event. Notification will be provided via councils social media channels.

Can I be a stall holder at this event?

Stall holder application have now Closed however keep an eye on this page for the 2025 stall holder forms.

Can I bring a shade shelter/marquee?

For safety reasons you are unable to bring your own shade shelter/marquee to this event.

There will not be a fireworks display at this event.

There are multiple ATM’s available in and around the event site. All vendors will also have EFTPOS facilities available.

What payment methods will the market, food stalls and rides accept?

All vendors will except payments made by cash or EFTPOS

What is the best way to get to this event?

The event can be accessed via any transport option however we strongly encourage public transport as the event site is right next to Ingleburn train station.

What happens to lost property?

Any lost property handed in to a council staff member will be kept at the council info tent (silver bullet) and will be taken back to the council office if not picked up before the event is over.

What is the nearest train station/bus stop to this event?

Ingleburn train station bus stop on Ingleburn Road across from the Ingleburn train station

Will there be any road closures in place for this event?

The below roads will be closed on the day of the event - Traffic will be impacted surrounding the Ingleburn CBD

Macquarie road from Cambridge street to oxford road.

Parts of Nardoo Street between oxford road and Morfolk street.

Oxford Road from Ingleburn road to Carlisle Street.

The carpark opposite the Ingleburn village will be part closed to accommodate for carnival rides.
