Join us for a rock inspired evening raising funds for charity at this year's Mayor's Charity Gala Dinner

The Mayor of Campbelltown, Cr Darcy Lound is delighted to invite you to an evening of live entertainment, fun activities, delicious meals and the opportunity to network with local businesses and community, all while raising funds for local charity The Formal Project.

The Formal Project

The Formal Project Inc is a community initiative ensuring every child can attend their school formal. Funds raised through their shopfront and other initiatives support students graduating and transitioning out of school each year. The Formal Project Inc provides free formal wear to students graduating year 6, 10 and 12 each year. They also provide free transition to work clothing and support to students entering the workforce.

Funds raised at the Mayor's Charity Gala Dinner will contribute to the fit-out and decoration of the change area at The Formal Project's new premises in Queen Street, Campbelltown. The change area is an important part of The Formal Project experience, as it is a private space that transforms into a magical experience for those visiting to try on their formal outfits. It will include change rooms, ornate mirrors, a red carpet, special lighting and other elements to ensure every student has a memorable and special experience.

The Evening

The Mayor of Campbelltown, Cr Darcy Lound is hosting a 'Classic Aussie Rock' themed Charity Gala Dinner on the evening of Saturday 12 July 2025 at Ottimo House, Denham Court. Dress code is cocktail/lounge suit, with an optional touch of rock.

Tickets

Each ticket includes a 3-course meal, beverages, live entertainment and activities.
